Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and environmentally conscious General Manager to lead our client’s Eco-Luxury Resort in Pranburi. This role requires overseeing all hotel operations, from strategic planning to guest satisfaction, while championing sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sustainable Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce environmental impact. Regularly assess and improve sustainability programs.
  • Operational Management: Oversee guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, marketing, and revenue management. Ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage the resort’s budget and revenue, analyze financial reports, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff, fostering a culture of excellence and environmental consciousness. Conduct regular staff meetings.
  • Guest Experience: Maintain high standards of guest service and align experiences with eco-friendly values. Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the resort’s unique features and build relationships with potential partners and the local community.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure maintenance of infrastructure to high environmental standards and oversee renovations and the implementation of sustainable practices.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulations, and implement programs to maintain security and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience in hotel management with a strong understanding of best practices.
  • Passion for sustainable and eco-friendly living, with knowledge of green technologies in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and business skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and financial management.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Salary Range: 50,000 – 70,000 THB
